Aubrey Shayler is the founder and the CEO of International Women’s Initiative, an international women’s human rights organisation, which addresses issues such as reproductive and medical rights, freedom from violence, education and other fundamental human rights. Aubrey is an untiring and excellent advocate for women’s rights and uses her skills in Leadership and management, in programs and projects lead, digital communication, strategy, budget and financial control to lead efficiently the organisation with its numerous volunteers and staff. Ms Shayler has organised multiple events, lectures, and fundraising initiatives to support international maternal health programmes. Throughout her life, Aubrey has shown a complete dedication to women’s right. Aubrey worked for many years to ensure that women had continued legal access to abortions at Women's Health Care in Wichita, Kansas, under the leadership of Dr George Tiller, first as a volunteer patient escort, then later as a member of staff.

The common theme unifying her efforts has been bringing light and attention to women’s rights. She has provided with IWI, a powerful voice for women to speak their truths. Harnessing their talents and motivating her staff and volunteers, Aubrey Shayler is giving a new meaning to dignity for women. IWI has become a symbol, and each action of the organisation stands for ensuring that all women and girls have their human rights realised.

Intisar AlQsar is an award-winning communications and advocacy specialist with over 20 years of international experience in strategic communications, public information, and policy advisory across humanitarian, governmental, and development sectors. She has worked with leading institutions including the United Nations, the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS), and governments across the MENA region, focusing on advocacy, crisis communication, reputation management, and public engagement.

Dr Bianka Vida is a Research Analyst with IWI,as well as a political scientist and gender equality specialist with nearly ten years of experience in EU and international human rights, gender politics, and comparative politics. Dr Vida is a published researcher and conference presenter with a strong commitment to advancing gender-inclusive democracy,shaping policy reform, and promoting social justice through rigorous research and active multilateral engagement.
